Letter to an Angel

Dear Diesel,

(yes, DIESEL). I assume you don't work near the airport. You thought you were pretty tricky telling me that work is not far from here, but I know better. You knew I wouldn't have made it from the train to the bus stop to the ticket counter without some serious help and help navigating. You are an angel. May God bless you for your kindness and quick thinking to help a mom in need.

May many blessings be poured upon your head,

"desperate-mom-with-way-too-much-luggage"

P.S. to all other readers:
I have new found hope for our children and our future. This stranger saw me on the train, airport bound, with baby and luggage in tow and without a second thought picked up my stroller and luggage and lugged it from the train, down the street to the bus stop, waited with me, then put me on the correct bus, rode with me, got me off at the correct terminal, and walked me all the way up the to the ticket counter where the airline worker was able to help me check my bags. He said he was on his way to work but it would be ok, because I needed help! With people in the world like Diesel, the world is truly a better place.

That's amazing. What a nice guy. I am also finding those special people out there. Maybe it's the Lord's way of saying hang in there and be the good that the world needs. Who knows?!
